How our service works

As a services company we are here to manage for you, which means we reduce your workload from enquiry all the way through to implementation and beyond.

By discussing your needs with you we identify where our resources can mean you will spend less time on your IT and more time growing your business.

Once we have a reported on your infrastructure we present our proposal, in person, to make sure you understand all about our service and are happy with our offering. At this stage we will present time scales, including how our fast track scheme works, freeing up more of your precious time.

Presenting all technologies that we employ, is a strong part of our offering, making sure that any technology we deploy is appropriate to your needs.

Traditional support through Manage.IT

Once we have approval we can get to know you and your system, supporting you from day one, with a managed approach to what will improve your capabilities. With both our traditional support and our migration service for cloud, a managed element is standard, making sure that we look after your infrastructure.

Having completed this stage you are now managed by CBIT, making sure that your systems run and are operational when you need them.

Migrating to Cloud

Should you choose our option to deploy Cloud in your business our process is similar, we still come and meet you to discuss our proposal, along with investigating your applications, testing these to make sure they are going to work in a Cloud environment.

Having made sure that they do, or advising you to changes we need to make, we deploy you and your network to cloud, sometimes over night, making sure that your ability to do business is not compromised.
